1. What is the validity of the Singapore Tourist Pass Plus (STP+)?
The STP+ Card is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase for use as a transport pass. 1-day coverage of the day pass begins from your 1st usage of the pass to the end of public transport services for that day.

2. How do i activate the Singapore Tourist Pass Plus?
On your first usage, the STP+ Card is activated.

3. Do I need to start using my Singapore Tourist Pass Plus immediately upon purchase?
As the pass is valid for 3 months from the day of purchase, you need not use it immediately as long as you do not activate it.

4. What happens if I use the Singapore Tourist Pass Plus 3 months later after I have purchased it?
There will no longer be unlimited travel coverage. However, it can still be used as a normal ez-link card (stored value transport card).

5. Can I use the 3-day pass in 3 separate days of my preference?
Upon activation, the pass is valid for 3 consecutive days upon the first use. The pass will not be valid after the 3rd day. The days are counted in consecutive days upon activation at the first use.

6. Is the Singapore Tourist Pass Plus a 24-hour pass?
The Singapore Tourist Pass Plus coincides with the operational hours of public transport services for the day.

7. Can I use the Singapore Tourist Pass Plus for express or premium fare bus services or Sentosa Monorail?
Unlimited travel is only applicable for public bus and train services. The pass excludes rides on premium bus services such as Fast Forward, Night Rider and Nite Owl buses.

Yes, you can top-up the card like a normal ez-link card. The Stored value amount will have to be utilized upon pass expiry.

The Singapore Sling can be redeemed at ;D Happy Factory, which is located at 76 Boat Quay, Singapore 049864. The nearest MRT is at Raffles Place (EW14/NS26). ;D Happy Factory is open from 3pm to 12 midnight daily (last order at 11.30pm).

13. Are tourists below 18 years old allowed to redeem the Singapore Sling?
Yes, certainly! The Singapore Sling is available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions. Tourists below 18 years old may opt for the non-alcoholic version.
